Dizengoff Audio Type 140 Plate Reverb 2021 - PAIR! ULTRA RARE!

Up for sale is an extremely rare stereo pair of Dizengoff Audio Type 140 Plate Reverb 500-series modules. Finding a single unit is nearly impossible; finding a functional stereo pair for drum busses, vocal subgroups, or stereo mix busses is virtually unheard of.

If you know Dizengoff (founded by Matt Midgley, formerly of Black Lion Audio), you know they specialized in boutique, high-end studio gear built with zero compromises. The Type 140 was produced as an extremely limited, short-run module in 2020 and rarely pops up on the used market.

Overview & Features:

- Classic EMT 140 Sound in Stereo: Designed as a digital/analog hybrid parallel processor that emulates three distinct, rich EMT-style plate reverb profiles from the 1960s and 70s.

- Boutique Analog Output Stage: Each module features a high-current analog driver paired with a custom, hand-wound M6 steel transformer. Unlike dry software plugins, this gives you real low-mid weight, warmth, and transformer vibe across your stereo field.

- Full Onboard Control: Independent controls per channel including 3 selectable plate sizes, dedicated decay time control, and separate High and Low frequency damping controls.

- Ultra-Low Noise Floor: Built with high-grade components boasting a -122dBA noise floor and 15Hz–24kHz frequency response.

What the Manufacturer & Users Say:

"The Dizengoff Audio Type 140 Plate Reverb is a modern take on the classic EMT-140... Its analog path is designed specifically to add low frequency and low-mid energy... The specially-designed, hand wound M6 steel transformer has wide bandwidth and excellent transient detail."
