This 20" K.Zildjian New Stamp Ride is one of those cymbals that's great on it's own and played in solo context, but even got's better when it's put into band context! The bright sticking and perfectly balanced frequencies and harmonics, pitch perfectly through the rest of the combo, also when playing more softly, due to its bright and articulated stick definition. The complex tones that follow are just great. If anything, the sustain might be a bit on the long side, but that can be fixed with a little strip of tape if desired.
The cymbal is also drilled for rivets, which might be great on this ride as well. The only problem with those rivet holes is that the one who decided to drill those holes didn't pay much attention to locating them first, so one of the holes is partially through the stamp unfortunately. The New Stamp is still easy to distinguish though, since all the crucial parts of the stamp are still clearly visible.
For this demo, I used regular Vic Firth 5A sticks.
The cymbal can be shipped worldwide from the Netherlands. Please make sure to have a good look at all the pictures before making any purchase. Feel free to reach out for more info or detailed pictures.
