The hybrid Maple/Wenge shell construction is one of the defining features of the Absolute Hybrid Maple series. The dense Wenge centre ply adds focus, punch, and projection, while the surrounding Maple provides warmth, resonance, and a wide dynamic range.

These are incredibly versatile drums, with excellent tuning range and sensitivity at all dynamics. The 20" x 16" bass drum is particularly nice, providing plenty of low-end punch while keeping the overall setup compact and comfortable.

The drums are in excellent overall condition and have been very well cared for. The Pink Champagne finish presents beautifully, and the chrome hardware is in excellent shape.

This is a fantastic-looking and sounding Yamaha kit in a beautiful finish, with a versatile configuration that works equally well for live performance or studio use.
