Vintage 1970s Ludwig 14x14" Vistalite Floor Tom, Blue Acrylic
For sale is a rare and highly sought-after 1970s Ludwig 14x14" Vistalite floor tom in the iconic Blue acrylic finish.
The 14x14" factory floor toms from this era are incredibly scarce and the perfect missing piece to complete your vintage drum kit.
The blue acrylic shell is in Good Excellent] condition.
There are 3 big scratches
On the drummers side there are 2 big sccratches.
We smoothed them a bit.
One is 2 mm deep and 3 mm wide. I guess it has been against the basdrum for years.
One ugly spot above the badge. This spot could not been patched up without taken off the badge. Therefore w left it as it is.
Other the drum is clean and vibrant.
The seam is structurally solid, completely intact.
Bearing Edge are clean, factory bearing edges that tune up easily and sound fantastic.
Features the original Blue/Olive badge. Comes with original lugs, triple-flange hoops, and floor tom leg brackets. Orginal legs, the bottom hoop has seen better days.
Clean lugs. Orginal mufflernis present.
We put on a unused 60s Ludwig batter head.
The original is included.
