Legacy Maple Exotic 7x10" tom - Black Limba Burst represents a top-tier piece from Ludwig’s flagship professional custom line at the Monroe Factory.

Shell & Performance Specifications

• 3-Ply Hybrid Shell Formulation: Reclining back to Ludwig's historical 1968–1976 golden era recipe, the core consists of an inner 1/16" North American Maple ply, a cross-laminated 1/8" American Poplar center core, and an outer 1/16" Maple ply.
• Reinforcement Rings: Solid 1/4" Maple reinforcement rings stabilize the thin 3-ply structure, shaping a distinctly warm, focused, and deep low-end resonance.
• Vintage Bearing Edge: Cut with a 30-degree inner bevel and a 1/4" radius round-over to optimize head seating, giving you a fat, well-rounded, and highly musical sonic profile.
• Exotic Aesthetics: Finished with a stunning, premium Black Limba outer veneer with a striking burst gradient overlay.
