SSL UltraViolet Stereo EQ (UV EQ), 500 Series Selling my SSL UltraViolet from my studio. Conditionexcellent, all knobs and switches clean and noise free. Fully tested and working.

This is the Violet EQ from SSL's Fusion, moved into 500 format, with two fully parametric SSL mid bands added. It's a true stereo minimum phase EQ, built for the mix bus and mastering but just as useful on stereo drums, keys, and vocal stems.

What it does: Four bands, stereo: high shelf, low shelf, plus high mid and low mid parametric bands LF shelf at 30, 50, 70 or 90 Hz, ±9 dB HF shelf at 8k, 12k, 16k or 20 kHz, ±9 dB LMF parametric, 100 Hz to 1.1 kHz Focus mode on the mids narrows the Q and extends gain to ±18 dB for surgical work Switchable high pass filter that interacts with the LF shelf for the classic boost and cut low end trick Output trim The natural partner to the SSL G Comp bus compressor if you're building an SSL style bus chain in a lunchbox.
