The Loop-Master Pedals Blackstar Amp Footswitch gives you two independent latching controls through a single TRS connection.

Depending on the Blackstar amplifier, these two switches can control functions such as Channel, Voice, Reverb, Chorus or other amp-specific functions.

Instead of taking up pedalboard or floor space with an oversized factory-style controller, you get both functions in one compact 1590A-style enclosure.

HOW IT WORKS

A single standard TRS cable connects the Loop-Master Pedals footswitch to the compatible footswitch input on your Blackstar amplifier.

The two switches independently control the Tip and Ring connections of the TRS cable.

The actual functions are determined by the amplifier.

Depending on the compatible Blackstar model, the two switches may control functions such as:

• Clean / Overdrive

• Channel selection

• Voice selection

• Reverb On/Off

• Chorus On/Off

• Other supported dual-foot-switching functions

EXAMPLE – CHANNEL + REVERB

On compatible Blackstar amplifiers configured for Channel and Reverb control:

SWITCH 1

→ Clean / Overdrive channel selection

SWITCH 2

→ Reverb On / Off

Both functions are available from one compact controller through a single TRS cable.

EXAMPLE – CHANNEL + VOICE

Some compatible Blackstar amplifiers use their 2-button footswitch connection differently.

In those applications:

SWITCH 1

→ Channel selection

SWITCH 2

→ Voice selection

The footswitch itself remains simple — the Blackstar amplifier determines what each TRS switching function controls.

COMPACT ALTERNATIVE

This controller is a great choice when you want basic two-function Blackstar amp control without a large footswitch taking up valuable floor or pedalboard space.

At only 3.63" long and 1.5" wide, it can fit into spaces where many conventional dual amp footswitches cannot.

PASSIVE OPERATION

No battery or external power supply is required.

The footswitch uses completely passive mechanical switching to control the amplifier.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE

Blackstar has used several different footswitch systems across its amplifier lineup.

This footswitch is intended for compatible Blackstar amplifiers that use a standard 2-button latching footswitch through a 1/4" TRS connection.

It is NOT a replacement for Blackstar amplifiers requiring proprietary or multi-function footcontrollers.
