Analogue Addicts UK Vintage Dual Channel Stereo Transformer Colour Box - EX BBC Broadcast Mixer

This build has 2 x Ex BBC Broadcast mixer audio transformers. They were custom made for the highest quality BBC consoles. Same physical size and type as LL76 types but with a step up ratio giving around 9db gain. Really good for a super-saturation type use as it is easy to overdrive them. To tame saturation we have a -5 to -15db input control as well as a 0 to -30db output control. Allowing you to set levels and drive using switched controls. Very close matched pair too

Totally passive design so no power required.  Hard bypass switch fitted for each channel.  You could even run from one channel to the other for for colour and creation!
