If you don’t already know what this is-
the SSL Fusion is a smorgasbord of great sounding stereo processing in a 2U frame: HPF, vintage drive, tape compression, stereo field manipulation, an insertable transformer, even an elegant HF/LF shelf EQ.
It excels at creative mix bus processing, but it’s also an invaluable tool to quickly add vibe to otherwise unexciting material like a library sample.
It’s got great tactility, headroom is never an issue thanks to the meter and input/output trims, and there’s even an FX insert loop on the back.
I’m not thrilled to part with it, sometimes we have to sell things we love.
