Really cool 1978 Les Paul Custom in natural finish, 3 piece top and lots of vibe! If you're down far enough the Adam Jones rabbit hole, you'll know that the guitar he uses for Parabola (drop B,) is a 1978 LP in natural. It can be seen in various live videos as well as the video on youtube about his 1979 silverburst (it's in the b-roll footage when it shows his guitar rack.)

To clarify, this guitar has no provenance associated with Adam - it's just the exact make/model as one of his main instruments (aside from the pickups, which I believe he replaced with a custombucker in the neck and super distortion in the bridge.)

Main issues of condition to note: This instrument has been refretted, it no longer has fret nibs and there is also cracking in the binding up and down the neck. The pickups are not original and have been replaced with a setup of Gibsons '57 classics. There is also some slight discoloration on the headstock from a wall hanger. The chainsaw case is in very good condition, latches + hinges intact, but the piece of fabric that acts as a "stop" is torn - I would recommend repairing it to preserve the hinges.

Corrosion and finish wear on hardware. Small bubble blemish in volume knob. Tiny surface cracks throughout neck and body binding. Discoloration in headstock from wall hanger. Finish blush around logo. Light scratches and small dings/impressions throughout.
