Wonderful 2008 Gibson Les Paul Studio Vintage Mahogany in Worn Brown with upgraded pickups and wiring...
The pickups are ToneRider Classic Alnico 2 (double white) and the neck reads 7.3K and the bridge is 8.0K. The pots and wiring have been upgraded to Bourns 500K pots with 50s style wiring for the tone cap. I have audio samples of each pickups (clean and dirty) in this exact guitar available upon request. Think of it as a mellow PAF sound that is just under the Gibson Classic 57 pickups in the other guitar I have for sale.

This is the lightest Les Paul I have ever owned. It weighs 6 lbs 14.5 ozs. Yes, a real Gibson Les Paul that is just under 7 lbs. For those of us who are older, we can appreciate how that helps your shoulder and back when playing a longer gig! This weight is without the pickguard installed. It is in the case, but I prefer to play without it. Also, it has Dunlop strap locks in one of the pictures. However, it will ship with the original Gibson strap buttons installed.

Guitar comes with a nice hardshell case (not the original Gibson case) that has kept it safe the few times I've taken it out of my smoke free home!
