Up for sale is a mid-60's Rogers 5x14 Dynasonic metal snare drum. Serial number 10222. I have owned this drum for over 10 years (earliest photo I could find dates to April of 2015, but given that I was in Arabia at that time, I think it must be a copy of an earlier photo). I've kept it well, though it is dusty now from not being used much for the last few years. I began to mitigate that a few months ago with a new SKB hard shell case that is included in the sale. I've listed the drum as very good. If you clean it up, I'm confident you can consider it excellent upon completion. There is a slight indentation in the shell at the strainer. These 7-line Dynasonics used a shell produced by Gretch that is very thin so you do need to be careful handling them. The indentation was there when I bought the drum.

It is original down to the 19-wire snare set, with all the square-head rods, correct hoops, etc. I believe it is an original survivor. Not too happy to let it go, but it needs to get back into action. For now I'm retaining my wood version that is just a couple hundred further down the production line at just under 10600.
