Silverface Fender Bassman - Plexi Mod + Combo Cab - A BEAST!

This is a 70's Fender Bassman that has been rebuilt.

Channel one has been modded to include a Marshall Plexi channel. Search "SECRETS of the Fender Bassman - "ABNormal Channel" Mods Unleash the Hidden BEAST!" by The Guitologist on YouTube for complete details.

Suffice to say: the unused side of one of the 12AX7's has been tapped into to add a cathode follower, which is the key to the Marshall sound.

The second channel was re-voiced for the classic Fender Blackface sound. There's a negative feedback control added on the back. The front switches adjust the mid-range (although the range is not wide).

All new capacitors. Bias pot added. No death cap. All proper updates made when it was modded. Power tubes were new, and the 12AX7s were selected for tone. I believe the 12AT7 was put in new as well.

The combo cab is custom-made. Includes the Jensen MOD speaker. Includes a non-padded cover.

Also includes the original head cab with non-padded cover.

Sounds and performs great. It's a beast!
