All original 2016 American Vintage Stratocaster loaded body in excellent condition. This is the 2012-2017 AV 1 series with the flashcoat nitro finish. It does not have a poly undercoat like the new American Vintage ii guitars. There is a small chip near the neck heel but otherwise there are only some minor surface scratches that are only visible in direct light.
I bought the guitar from the original owner who had paired the body with a real 1965 strat neck. I made this into a partscaster and it sounded amazing. It was just a little heavier than I preferred as I regularly play long gigs. With the neck I was using the guitar weighed 8.38 pounds which is still within the average range for this series.
