Gibson R9 1959 59 “Burst” factory aged Murphy team but pre “Murphy Lab”. This guitar weighs only 8 1/2 lbs and is awesome in every way. Comes with original case and papers. Might as well have the best. This series of “True Historic“ vintage reissue advertised models had upgraded accuracy, and the factory aging, often by Murphy himself, was done by hand with scalpels instead of the chemical processes they use now to shock the finish.
