This is a near brand new unit. The first one I got had a battery issue so I sent it in for a replacement and in the meantime needed to buy a new one while I waited because I rely on this so much. So this is the new one they sent me, used a couple of times until I realized I didn’t need two. (This is NOT a repaired version of the first I bought…they completely replaced it). I can’t say enough about these and I sold off a couple of small mixers in favor of these including the Max. Between the small form factor, battery,and ease of use they’re applicable to many small setups.
