Correct for late 1950s and early 1960s Gibson ES-330, J-45, and other models!
Great patina! The original white buttons are in good condition, and the gears operate smoothly. These are a matched set - just one tuner on the bass side does not have the patent number present but that is common to see on any Gibson guitar.
Gibson frequently used up existing tuner and parts inventory without much concern for matching variants, so finding slightly mismatched Kluson sets from the 1950s is not unusual. Kluson produced several different versions throughout the decade, and sets like this can reflect that transition.
These are otherwise identical to the 1950s Single Line “Burst” tuners, with the primary difference being the style of the tips.
An excellent donor set for anyone looking to put together a set of original ’50s Les Paul tuners!
