For sale is the Sennheiser MD 421 U-5 microphone, a timeless classic beloved by professionals for its sound quality and versatility! This particular one sounds exactly as it should. The U-5 version of the 421 is older than the current revision and quite a bit more desired.
This 421 has a nice bass and treble response, making it perfect for capturing a wide range of sources. The M/S switch also functions perfectly so you can reduce the bass response as needed.
Cosmetically, this microphone is nice shape with most of the wear seen on one side of the grille which resulted in the previous owner using some glue. Lastly, it comes with a 3D printed mic clip since the original mic clip was likely lost.
