1970s Ludwig 'Big Beat' in Stainless Steel - 14x22, 16x16, 9x13, 8x12

Stainless Steel - the sound of pure power. Not an ounce of wood in these, just American Steel. This is the classic configuration as well, which was priorly known as a "Hollywood" but redefined in the 70's as the 'Big Beat". This is a factory matched kit with no extra holes and just about all the original parts & hardware. All the drums were recently outfitted with new Ludwig Silver Dot heads as the batters and Remo Chrome Starfire as the resonants, so they are ready for action and look the part too! Comes with double tom arm. 

14 x 22 - Features all Ludwig hardware - 20x large lugs, 20x T-rods & claws, 2x hoops with silver sparkle inlay, 2x 1/2" spurs, and diamond tom mount. Hardware shows some nominal wear - some tarnishing on the claws/T-rods & pitting on some lugs. Mininmal wear on the hoops but some bits of paint loss. There is some scratching on the top of the bass drum, from where the toms rested, but otherwise it is clean. 

8 x 12 - All Ludwig hardware - 12x large lugs, 12x correct tension rods, 2x triple flanged hoops, muffler, and new Ludwig classic mount. Generally good shape. Hardware shows some light tarnishing here and there, with a few lugs showing more pitting. There is some scratching on the shell namely on one panel that was pliekly resting against the snare drum rim. 

9 x 13 - All Ludwig hardware - 12x large lugs, 12x correct tension rods, 2x triple flanged hoops, muffler, and new Ludwig classic mount. Generally good shape. Hardware shows some degree of tarnishing here and there. There is one small dent from the inside out that is worth mentioning. 

16 x 16 - All original hardware - 16x large lugs, 16x correct tension rods, 2x triple flanged hoops, muffler, and 3x leg mounts w/ rubber gaskets and correct 17" Ludwig legs. Overall good shape, but some panels have some spot of scratching, such as under the badge. There is also a small dent on another panel and 3 marks on another.
