The head has been stored with care and is in excellent condition with no scratches, scuffs, or playing wear to the heavy white film. This head is suitable for rock drummers, marching percussion lines, and vintage restoration specialists: a pristine, New-Old-Stock vintage Ludwig Strider 24" Bass Drum head. It features the factory-original bold "Ludwig" block logo at the top edge and the classic "Striders / Heavy White / Made in USA" shield badge printed cleanly on the film.

Engineered explicitly for high-projection marching and power-rock applications, this heavy-duty single-ply formulation delivers a deeply warm, focused, and punchy vintage acoustic thud with a rock-solid low-end fundamental note that cuts through any mix. The aluminum hoop is perfectly in-round, flat, and un-warped.

The head has been safely sealed inside a 3mil protective sleeve to lock out ambient moisture and dust. It will be packed flat and between cardboard panels to protect against transit warping or flexing. Ships fully insured with direct carrier tracking throughout.
