Comes with all mounting hardware shown. The wrap is in pretty good shape, a little bit of lifting and a bit of scuffs. The bass drum hoops are also scuffed a fair bit, but are overall pretty good and perfectly functional. Tom heads are in ok condition, but could use a refresh. Bass drum heads could definitely use a refresh. Shipping cost can be lowered if you are ok with the shells being disassembled and nested (safely and securely).
