The Mastering Version of the SLAM! incorporates detented and logable 1/2 dB steps built with 1% metal film resistors on sealed gold-contact Grayhill switches.

TWO LIMITERS, ONE PURPOSE

The Manley SLAM! features a dual-stage limiting process for unparalleled dynamic control. The ELOP optical limiter, renowned for its transparent and effortless gain reduction, provides a smooth, musical compression. This is followed by a lightning-fast FET limiter that can be used to catch the final peaks, creating incredible loudness without the harsh artifacts of digital clipping.
