I bought this kit from my friend that bought it new from Guitar Center in the 80s. He said it was used for the Guitar Center drum off competition.
There is what looks to be like some pitting to the chrome here and there, but they were all stored in hard road cases inside plastic bags, but the foam is old and rotting inside the cases, so it might just be old foam that is stuck that needs to be cleaned off.
I also still have the hard shell road cases that can be included with the kit if you want them. Probably at least $500 worth of hard cases. Just needs to have the old foam cleaned out of them.
