Gold Tone Mastertone&reg OB-175: Orange Blossom Banjo with Bag

The OB-175 is a great new addition to our Mastertone Orange Blossom line. It is built with an 11" multi-ply maple rim and a 14" mahogany resonator to achieve a great, classic bluegrass tone. We accentuated its design with a mahogany neck that is topped with a rosewood fingerboard with a vintage inlay design. The OB-175 has a 1-5/16" Zero Glide nut installed to ensure accurate intonation and reduce friction on the strings.

Other key features of this Mastertone banjo are a rolled brass tone ring, a presto tailpiece, a cast one-piece flange, and 24 brackets around the rim. A smooth nickel armrest provides additional comfort when playing the OB-175. The banjo is finished in a glossy vintage brown with cream ABS binding to give it the traditional bluegrass look.

The OB-175 is a great step up from our Cripple Creek or Acoustic Composite series of banjos, and is ready for performances on any stage.
