Vintage 1976 Rogers Memriloc era SWIVOMATIC Hi-Hat Stand Like Charlie Watts!

This listing is for a vintage 1976 Rogers model # 54-6003 memriloc era "SWIVOMATIC" hi-hat stand with two-piece hinged footboard.

This beautifully engineered hi-hat is almost 50 years old and is extremely well designed and it really plays well! The action is fully adjustable, and it is super smooth and quick. All of the components are brilliantly triple AAA "Diamond" chrome plated, and the overall appearance is really quite stunning.

The original Rogers Swivomatic hi-hat clutch is included with this auction.

Check out the footboard, it is bright and clean and shows no surface wear!! Much attention has been given to this hi-hat stand. The internal pull-rod assembly was removed, cleaned and polished and professionally re-lubricated. I also disassembled the heel plate assembly and polished all of the internal moving parts before re-lubricating for extra smoothness and speed.

This hi-hat plays like a brand new DW or TAMA stand, only with half the weight!In 2021, I was approached by the Rolling Stones technical crew and was commissioned to supply one of these exact hi-hat stands for the latest Rolling Stones world tour. I found and restored one of these stands and Charlie used it on the last tours before he passed on. I have included a photo of Charlie using my hi-hat. You can see the distinctive yellow Rogers logo on the center tube of his stand that I place on the stands that I restore.
