1950's Gibson hardshell case made by Lifton. The latches, hinges, feet, and handle are all present and working. The headstock end of the case has been bashed though and will need to be re-fortified. Or at the very least, taped up.
I believe this will fit an ES-175, L-4, etc. Or perhaps a small flattop acoustic. Please check the dimensions below before purchasing:
