Sabian Prototype 2010s - Raw

Up for sale is a rare pair of Sabian Vault Prototype 8" Sick Hats.

These are unusual 8" mini/effects hi-hats marked as a Sabian Vault Prototype. They appear to be an extremely rare or possibly one-off set, and I have not personally seen another pair in circulation.

Sound-wise, they offer the kind of fast, tight, cutting response you would expect from a small specialty hat, with a short, aggressive voice that works great for effects, auxiliary hi-hat setups, stacks, electronic-style accents, creative studio work, and experimental drum/percussion textures.

These are a great piece for a Sabian collector, Vault/prototype cymbal collector, effects-cymbal player, or drummer looking for a unique sound that is not commonly available.

Condition

These hats are in very good used condition with normal cosmetic signs of use. Expect typical stick marks, fingerprints, surface marks, light scratches, patina, logo wear, and other cosmetic wear from age and use.

No cracks, keyholing, bends, flea bites, or structural issues unless otherwise noted.
