Up for sale is this Roland V-Combo VR-700 in excellent condition.  This 76-key keyboard was built with the gigging musician in mind. It has an amazing velocity-sensitive waterfall keypad with great touch and fast action.  As a Hammond stand-in, you’ll love the VR-700’s authentic drawbars with Roland’s virtual tone wheel generators, Leslie-style rotary speaker simulation and of course Overdrive for the crunchy tube amp sound.

The VR-700 also features a range of excellent piano, EP, synth, brass and string voices.  Honestly these patches won’t fool anyone in a recording studio, but on stage in front of a crowd they’re more than adequate.  The piano sounds are taken off of Roland’s high-end digital stage pianos and work quite well.

The keyboard has only minor cosmetic dings on the wooden end pieces (see photos) but is working perfectly from an electronics and keyboard mechanical perspective.

I used this rig on and off for years, but decided reluctantly that I needed to move to a somewhat lighter rig.  If you're in the area I’ll be happy to let you come by and demo the keyboard if you want.  I’m selling the VR-700 with the pictured Roland keyboard bag in new condition, also will include the pictured X-cross stand.
