This is the incredible Serpent Audio Chimera Opto Limiter.
This 500 series module was designed around the famous Urei LA-3A from late 60s. In the circuit 3 transformers and an Opto cell are employed.
This unit features the same functions of the original unit, such as Gain/Peak, VU meter selections of GR and Input, as well as selection of Compressor and Limiter, link, and HF boost, all conveniently located on the faceplate.
These units are made in the US. SN CMR004-30170.
