With the exact same front-end as the Super 17, the 33 features four EL84s instead of two in a basic 3-knob combo with reverb and tremolo. Between the four output tubes and the twin 12" speakers, it is harmonically rich and beautifully textured in a manner that is extremely flattering to single coil pickups - including the P-90.
33 watts of class-A/B tube power, driven by four Russian Mullard EL84 output tubes.
