The ELIS.8 is Red Sound's answer to the phase-coherence problems that plague typical tweeter-over-woofer cabinet designs. Instead of separate drivers competing for the same space, each 8" cabinet uses a coaxial Red Sound by SICA exponential driver, so the highs and lows arrive from the same point in space rather than smearing together. The result is the kind of flat, accurate, true-to-source reproduction that guitarists running Fractal Axe-Fx, Kemper, or Line 6 profiles reach for, and that keyboard players and small-venue performers appreciate for the same reason — you hear exactly what you put in.

The active cabinet houses a dual-channel 180 watt powered amplifier with Red Sound's proprietary RAW-P technology and drives both cabinets from a single power connection, with discrete left/right inputs and a unified level control, so setup is genuinely plug-and-play.
