This 6G2 clone is made with quality parts with no expenses spared. The power transformer is from Mercury Magnetics and the output is from Hammond. The vintage carbon comp resistors and coupling caps are quality, many from the same era as the circuit. The electrolytics are top shelf. It runs at the right voltages and a bias adjustment pot can be reached both internally or externally using a flat head driver. Ideal for getting the trem to work at its best. It has nice punchy, full notes that feel good under the fingers and a deep throbby tremolo. The board is made in house as repros (and even vintage!) tend to leak voltage across eyeles with one of the symptoms showing up as scratchy guitar pots--we don't have that here. This classic circuit is the continuation of the tweed Harvard with trem (aka tweed Vibrolux). Sounds killer!
I can also sell this as a combo in a cabinet with a killer reconed vintage Oxford for a few hundred dollars more.
