Happy to present this one off and one of a kind 1x12 semi open guitar speaker cabinet on legs! Made from vintage materials by the rotary connection (myself) with love and care. Semi open design with 2 sound openings hidden behind the grill cloth in the front baffle. Featuring a nice and juicy sounding vintage 60’s cleveland 12” speaker, 8 ohms / 25 watts. The Cleveland’s I’ve had so far have all sounded very nice and comparable to the Jensen of the era. Cool mcm living room jam set up style with a bold and beautiful vintage paisley grill cloth. The cab was built from a repurposed mid century modern vintage vinyl lp storage cabinet that I chopped up and gave it new life, still a musical life :). It originally had fairly thin slabs of wood (mdf) for the top, sides and bottom but I greatly changed this by installing thick slabs of quality vintage hardwood from organ bench tops on the inside and bottom (all non visible from outside). This vastly improved the tone and the overall sturdiness and build of the cab. Featuring vintage hardwoods on all sides and back panel also of vintage hardwood (from the body of a Yamaha organ). Baffle is plywood. High quality switchcraft jack. Purple light hangs in the bottom under the legs and illuminates the wall behind and ground below the cab. Sits on 4 legs. Great sounding cab that would be perfect for living room jams or for a striking unique look on stage. A few scuffs (see pics) on top and one of right side due to age but overall in very nice shape.
