This gorgeous fretless open-back banjo was custom made by Brooks Masten around 2007. Cherry neck and rim, Boise de Rose rosewood fingerboard, peghead overlay and rim cap. Handmade brass hardware, cast bronze shoes. Bacon tone ring from Bill Rickard. Replica $2.5 coins are real gold. I received this instrument in trade from the original owner - it's in excellent condition and doesn't appear to have been played much. Includes a hard-shell case.
