This is a Fender Champ Amp cabinet circa 1964 in overall good condition. The tolex is in really good shape and there are no tears in the grill cloth. The cabinet comes as shown with no head, front badge, handle, chases mounting hardware or top back panel. The speaker has a tear in speaker cone and can be assumed not working/in need of repair.
