A compact semi-hollow guitar!!
The Wildkat uses a semi-hollow construction: the mahogany back is routed out and capped with maple. It's equipped with P-90 pickups and a Bigsby unit. Semi-hollow guitars tend to have relatively large bodies, but this Wildkat has a compact shape - a bit like a slightly larger Les Paul - making it easy to hold and play.
Its warm tone with a pleasant amount of overtone content suits Jazz beautifully, and pushed into crunch territory it also matches nicely with rockabilly sounds!
