Northwest Vintage Guitars is proud to present a super clean 1979 Rhodes MKI 73 Key Suitcase electric piano in remarkable condition. It features the wood one piece keys and the famous Janus preamp. It has a round and growly low end and poiniant, bell-like high notes. The Janus preamp delivers a smooth equalization and a dreamy vibrato that can be slowed to a slow, swampy effect or dialed up for some crazy warble. It's the complete package. There are some professionally replaced pickups, a fully serviced preamp and power amp. It operates with a low noise floor on 120v power.
The power amp delivers an even and warm stereo signal to the original 4 Pyle speakers. The 100 watt Haigler power amp operated flawlessly with a low noise floor and excellent response. The action is crisp and the felts have a majority of their life left in front of them. The tolex shows some signs of wear but is in overall great shape.
