For sale is a recently serviced Sennheiser MD 403 that was made for the German company Dual. The Dual variant has a different color scheme than the typical 403, but it offers a unique look and this is a rare one to see! All the internals are exactly the same, and you have very likely seen others rebranded under different names, such as Harting in the UK. This specific 403 was professionally serviced which included a capsule cleaning, new foam inside to secure the capsule, and a brand-new cable! As a result, this MD 403 is in tip-top shape internally, and you will not have any issues with it. The problem with many MD403's on sale is the rubber/foam goes bad inside, which is responsible for keeping the capsule nice and secure. When that material goes bad, a lot of times it can dirty the capsule itself, causing these to sound incredibly bad. That being said, this one is sounding really nice and a good pick if you want one that is working beautifully!
