Overview: B-25-12s are among my favorite 12-string models because they are very much their own thing. I prefer this style of the model with its tailpiece load and adjustable saddle because it's easy to restring, adjust the setup gig to gig if need be, and has a sort of dark-tinged, weird and woody version of the Leadbelly-style, tailpiece 12-string sound.

This one is in good health, has the cool "orangey sunburst" finish, thin-style big pickguard, and all of its original fittings (save the truss cover). These have big old necks, so if you're at all averse to something that has a bit of a "classical" feel (save that it's god a radiused board), you may want to look elsewhere.

Repairs included: I gave this a neck reset. Jose leveled and dressed the frets, recut the saddle with full compensation for each string, repaired some top cracks, cleaned it up, and set it up. It's playing spot-on with adjustment room on the saddle to spare.

Condition notes: There's a repaired hairline crack on the lower bout extending from the bridge and running to the bass side of the tailpiece. There's also a repaired hairline crack or two at the top of the soundhole (shorties). The finish has weather-checking/crackle throughout. There's minor wear and tear (nicks, dings, scratching) here and there throughout as well, but it mostly looks great. The truss rod cover is probably a replacement.

It comes with: This has a case of some sort.
