The Saturnworks 1-channel micro patch / junction box with an upward jack can be used to link patch cables to effectively make longer cables. It can also be used to create a single convenient spot to plug into your board. Patch bays can also save wear and tear on your pedals. We load our patch bays with high quality jacks. However, even if you needed to replace the jacks eventually (not likely), they’re simple to swap out. Conversely, many effects pedals are made with lower quality jacks that are soldered directly to the circuitboard, which makes them difficult to repair or replace. Plugging and unplugging into a patch bay instead of your effects therefore prevents wear and lowers the chances that your expensive effects will develop jack/circuitboard issues.Saturnworks patch pedals feature:Heavy duty Neutrik or Lumberg 1/4” TS or TRS jacks.
