Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a very clean Martin D12-20 12-String Dreadnought from 1969.   These feature a solid Sitka Spruce top, solid Honduran Mahogany sides and back and this one has a Brazilian Rosewood bridge plate.  Our Luthier performed a perfect neck reset, repaired and cleated a small back crack, and installed a small bridge plate overlay.  It needs nothing.  25.4" scale, 20" radius, 4.49 lbs.  Comes safely packed in the non-original Martin hard case in the photos. 

The nut measures 1.925", neck depth is .89"-1.05" at the 1st and 10th frets respectively.  It's a full C profile.   Freshly strung with American made 10-48 light 12-string nickel strings and action at factory spec 5/64"-3/64".  The neck is straight and the relief is currently set for optimum playability.  The frets have been leveled, crowned and polished and present as new.  There are a few scratches and dings as pictured.  It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.
