Overview: When these J-15s came out, I was pretty excited. I love North American woods and the use of maple and walnut throughout the neck and body is right up my alley. These sound, essentially, like J-50/J-45 models and have the same handling and feel. This one is fit with a Baggs pickup, too, and is ready for stage use.

Compared to a J-50-style, the abalone soundhole rosette is an upgrade as well and the maple neck is something that harkens-back to wartime J-models.

Repairs included: I gave it a quick setup and replaced a coming-up, non-original pickguard with something that matched, more or less, the "sunline" outline of what was on it when it shipped new, though I made it a little smaller to give the rosette a bit more "pop."

Condition notes: Aside from the non-original pickguard, it's in pretty good order. There's light usewear here and there (very light scratching/scuffing if you can find it at all) and a little bit of weather-check to the finish, but overall it's a clean and newish-looking guitar.
