The amp has been completely serviced and made 100% reliable: the output transformer was replaced to convert the power section to standard and readily available EL34s (currently fitted with a new matched pair of TAD EL34Bs) instead of the virtually unobtainable EL503s.
The preamp section is a real gem: the 3 preamp tubes and the driver tube are all original vintage Philips and Siemens! All worn-out capacitors were replaced with top-quality Vishay/Sprague components.
For maximum versatility, an 8-ohm jack output was added so you can plug it into any cabinet, while still keeping the original 3-pin Geloso connector intact. The speaker cable has also been replaced.
The original speaker cabinet features a mixed speaker configuration with one 15" driver and two vintage 8" drivers.
Ready for any test. Due to size and weight, local pickup is strongly preferred.
