Designed by Fender Custom Shop Master Builder Greg Fessler, this Classic Player ‘60s Strat blends vintage ‘60s character with modern playability and reliability.
Key features:
- Alder body with classic Strat resonance
- Maple neck with comfortable modern “C” profile
- 12” radius rosewood fingerboard – great for bends and smooth playing
- Vintage-style 2-point synchronized tremolo for improved stability
- 21 medium jumbo frets, 25.5” scale
Upgrades:
- Professionally upgraded with Mojotone Quiet Coil pickups
→ Classic Strat tone with significantly reduced noise (huge improvement over stock ‘69 pickups)
Condition:
- Excellent / near mint
- Minimal signs of use
- Original pickguard plastic still in place
- Fully set up and ready to play
This guitar keeps the soul of a ‘60s Strat but plays faster and cleaner thanks to the modern specs and noiseless upgrade. One of the best-playing Strats I’ve owned. It’s a fantastic instrument both for studio and live use.
