The Epiphone Les Paul Standard ’60s brings back the iconic electric guitar of the sixties, when rock ’n’ roll was at its peak and distorted guitar sounds were becoming increasingly popular. With traditional specifications and a refreshing yet classic color palette, the Inspired by Gibson collection recreates the look, sound, and feel of these legendary instruments, providing a perfect foundation for players of all ages to rock out confidently. Each Les Paul Standard ’60s features a solid maple top finished with a premium AAA-quality curly maple veneer, highlighted by a transparent finish in classic Gibson colors. The body is made of solid mahogany and glued to a Slim Taper ’60s neck, also in mahogany, delivering the traditional Les Paul playing feel from headstock to neck heel.

The guitar is equipped with Epiphone ProBucker-2 and ProBucker-3 pickups in the neck and bridge positions. These slightly hotter-wound versions of the classic pickups deliver authentic Les Paul tones, from articulate jazz cleans and the iconic “Woman Tone” to rich rock sounds. High-quality components such as CTS potentiometers made in the USA, a self-lubricating GraphTech nut, and six Grover Rotomatic tuners ensure precise tuning stability and reliability.
