Electric bass assembled at Bzone Basses in 2012.

4 strings, 34" scale, active.

• American ASH body made in USA by B.Hefner. Finished in transparent glossy Candy red with black gradient at the ends.
• Canadian Maple neck made in USA by Mighty Mite Lic. Fender. Vintage Tint gloss finish, black side dots, Black Dot Inlays. (The blocks are adhesive.)
• Fretboard Radius: 9,5".
• Neck Pickup: Seymour Duncan SMB4D - ceramic.
• Bridge Pickup: Seymour Duncan SMB4A - AlNiCo V.
• CRL 3 way blade for Parallel/Split/Series for each pickup.
• Electronics: John East J-Retro 01 preamp with Active/Passive control.
• Hipshot A Brass Bridge.

The bass has some flaws in the finish, a few chips on the body, and some dents on the headstock.

Maintenance has just been carried out, including new full copper shielding, new foam pads and rubber tubes for the pickups, installation of new tuners, cleaning of the instrument, components, and electronics, polishing of the frets, a new logo on the headstock, new neck pickup screws, and new Warwick 45-105 stainless steel strings.

An interesting anecdote is that several sound engineers have said that it was the best bass sound they had ever heard live.
