2002–2004 Fender Japan JG66 Jaguar in Atomic Silver (ASV), with painted neck and headstock. From a non-catalog limited run alongside a matching MG69, produced around the beginning of the “J-Craft” series.
100% original (aside from strap buttons) and fully functional.
Condition
Cosmetically the 22+ year old instrument is in very good shape, with various minor dings, chips, scratches and finish wear. Minor finish crack on bass side of neck pocket. Chrome hardware has patina. Pickguard has pick scratches. Small rectangular sticker ghost on back of body.
Frets have some wear, primarily beneath the unwound strings up to the twelfth fret. No abnormal buzzing/fretting out/etc. Finish imperfections at fret ends; nearly imperceptible while playing, and no fret ends are protruding.
Back of the neck is clean, with one small ding behind the nut.
