This 2024 Fender Custom Shop ’64 Jazzmaster, formerly owned by guitarist and art producer Vincenzo Pastano, is an extremely faithful reinterpretation of the original mid-1960s specifications, crafted with a conscious approach and finished entirely in nitrocellulose. The alder body delivers the tonal balance typical of vintage Jazzmasters, with open mids and a tight low end, while the plaingrain maple neck with rosewood fingerboard and ’62 Jazzmaster profile offers a solid yet smooth playing feel.
