An original 1978 Fender Stratocaster, made in the USA, in exceptionally well-preserved cosmetic condition for its age.
The Sunburst finish beautifully displays the wood grain, complemented by a black pickguard, black pickup covers and matching control knobs. The maple neck has an attractive amber appearance and a rosewood fingerboard, completing the classic late-1970s Fender look.
Features:
- Serial number: S896383.
- Maple neck with rosewood fingerboard.
- Three original Fender single-coil pickups and original electronics.
- Fender “F” tuners.
- Three-bolt neck attachment and bullet truss rod adjustment.
- Tremolo bridge.
The guitar presents beautifully, with minor cosmetic marks and signs of age visible in the photographs. Its overall appearance is particularly impressive for an instrument approaching 50 years old.
Detailed photographs show the neck markings, pickups, potentiometers, wiring and matching serial-number label beneath the pickguard.
An attractive vintage Stratocaster for anyone who appreciates original American Fender instruments from this period. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.
