Condition should be considered Very Good+ at minimum; typical flaking and chrome loss is not unusual and seems lighter than the norm. Heads are not original but the snare wires are and they are in excellent condition. No need to ask if this is COB as I'm afraid to say it ain't. But it is a crack baby! Case is in very good condition.
